Declarations of Appointed Members

Committee members will make their oral declaration in either te Reo or English and sign their written declaration witnessed by the Mayor.

They will be presented with the medallion of their office.

 

Kai

Elected members and Council’s senior leadership will join the appointed members in a light shared morning tea.

 

The meeting will then move into the first business of the Committee.
