1.1   Purpose of Report

The purpose of this report is to enable the evidence of the applicant, Jack Brownlie Investments Limited in relation to a Resource Consent application to undertake a residential development located at 68 Franklin Road, Bay View (RM230061) to be pre-circulated and uploaded to the website prior to the hearing as is required by the provisions of the Resource Management Act 1991.

 

 

Officer’s Recommendation

That the Hearings Commissioners resolve:

a)   Receive the pre-circulated evidence of the Applicant, Jack Brownlie Investments Limited uploaded to the website, prior to the Resource Consent Hearing with Independent Commissioners, commencing on 13 December 2024 regarding 68 Franklin Road, Napier, so it can be viewed all by parties to the hearing and members of the public.

 

b)   Make a decision following the hearing of an application for resource consent under the Resource Management Act 1991
